 I wanted a Vespa next May 2007 and have been saving up. Then I got this e-mail from a friend who had just bought a GT200 IN DECEMBER....
I found out Vespa has an unusual rebate going on.
Unusual because these scooters never go on sale!
So I called my local dealer and sure enough they are $300.00 off MSRP as well as a $300 accessory budget.
So why buy now? They promised me a free extended warranty on top of everything else and I qualified for the no interest for 365 days from GE.
BOORAW FOR ME! I am the proud owner of a 2006 Graphite Black GT200! Love it! Love it! Love it!
Ok, back to my justification....I have 6 more car payments I wanted out of the way, but now I can ride on nice days and even cold days with my heated jacket and start saving gas, putting way less miles on my car, less maintenance on my car, fewer tires, fewer oil changes, smile when I go to work even though I hate my job,(at least it pays my bills)... I'm digressing....I can now pollute less, reduce our dependency on foreign oil (ok, the sales lady told me that one) and ride in style.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love my MP3. The only thing better is my treatment at Motoitalia. Everyone has been so nice to me, my family and friends. I know I bugged you with my never ending Questions------ I kept thinking up new questions to ask---- . But all of the staff hung tight with me, and never told me to go somewhere else.----lol------lol . I have purchased a GREAT!!!!!!! scooter. I am so glad Judy told me about the larger windscreen, and the top box. I put my rainsuit, full cover, and documentation under my mp3 seat. This leaves me room for my helmet, and jacket in my top box with plenty of room to spare. Words cannot express my gratiude to everyone at Motoitalia. I hope and pray God will bless all of you. You are a Great dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I purchased my new Guzzi Norge from Vernon and rode it home to Dubuque, Iowa. I really enjoyed my purchase experience at Moto Italia. Charlie did an excellent job on getting the bike ready to go and he is very knowledgeable on Moto Guzzi. Judy helped out getting the extra accessories that I wanted. I am returning this week for my 650 mile service and I am looking forward to meeting everybody again. I had a few questions after I got home so I called Charlie and he had an immediate answer for my questions. I will not hesitate to recommend Moto Italia to anyone. I do not want to start telling how satisfied I am with my Norge. It is everything that I expected and much more. I bought this bike without even a test ride. I was deciding between a BMW R1200RT and the Moto Guzzi Norge and I am very glad I bought the Guzzi. "

"I purchased my MP3 on April 4th, 2007, and absolutely LOVE IT! Fun to ride, great on gas, and quite a conversation piece! I also recently purchased a mid-size windshield by Givi from Moto Italia and it's working out great -- keeps more of the wind and bugs off me! Can't say enough about my MP3 and MOTO ITALIA! They answer all our questions and treat us like old friends! They carry lots of accessories and all kinds of scooters, along with the MP3. I highly recommend the MP3 AND MOTO ITALIA!"

"LOVE Moto Italia! I saw the MP3 on line in November and we visited the dealership the next day and put down a deposit. I HAD TO HAVE ONE!! It was a long wait until April when the MP3's arrived in Edwardville! Vernon and Judy were so patient with ALL my phone calls while I waited. I took delivery of my beautiful new MP3 on April 4, 2007, and I LOVE IT! This is a fine dealership where they treat you like family -- they were as excited as I was! "The continental Zippy 1 is truly performance-enhancing equipment. I did not realize a tire could affect performance is such pronounced and profound ways. If you did not think the Vespa GTS could handle any better, then put a Continental Zippy 1 on the front and back and hit the twisties. Wow! The Zippy is a great performance tire. I was never impressed with the OEM Sava tires. With that as my reference point, I cannot over state how much better my GTS handles now that I have switched to Zippys. Great Tire, Super Service, and a Pro-Scooter atmosphere at Edwardsville Vespa. If you want to optimize the performance attributes of the GTS I recommend replacing the Sava tires with the Continental Zippy 1. "
