The Lithium Ion (Li-on) battery pack comes complete with a charger and battery belt carrying case. The battery is lightweight, very thin and can power Gerbing's heated products that do not exceed a maximum 60 watts (5 amps) draw. The battery has a built-in five stage charge level that displays how much charge remains in the battery. The charger will charge the battery fully in approximately 4 hours and can be recharged for hundreds of cycles.
The included Lithium Ion (Li-on) battery belt provides a convenient, hands-free way to carry the Li-ion 8.0ah battery.
